Workshops, Courses and Performance Events

Please note that no refunds or transfers can be made in respect of customer cancellations for workshop places, course places or for performance events.  Workshops are single gender unless otherwise stated and any person wishing to take part in a workshop for a gender other than their own should enquire by email before booking a place.  The Arab Quarter (as defined below in Terms for using this website) reserves the right to refuse entry to workshops, courses or events that it stages, notwithstanding the prior payment of a booking or entrance fee.  Compensation for refusing entry to an Arab Quarter workshop, course or event or for declining to accept an order is limited exclusively to a refund to the individual concerned of money paid in advance to The Arab Quarter or to its agent(s) for the cost of the workshop or course or of the performance ticket price in question.  No refund will be made for that part of a course which has already been held.  In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled we will use our best endeavours to ensure customers receive notification of the cancellation and a full refund as quickly as possible.
